Fine Print (not so fine)!

  • Make sure you select subscription when signing up (not one-time purchase-default).

  • Membership can be paused for up to 2 billing cycles

  • Membership can be cancelled anytime

  • No refunds on processed memberships (perk will remain through the end of the billing cycle)

  • Wine is available for pick up mid-month!

  • Limited Memberships released. All new memberships will be sold starting the 1st of the month and open for 1 week! Sign-ups will be closed between 7th-end of the month.

  • Pricing is subject to change, you will be given 30 days notice of any price change and option the option to remain.

  • Any wine not picked-up, without notice to The Fermanent by end of month will be put back on the shelf (this means if you are away, please just let us know :) )!
